The program starts Monday July 12th-August 18th, 2017 at Madison Park / O’Bryant High School track.
Wednesday from 6:00pm – 8:00pm.

Program description: The program meets two days per week from 6 – 8:00 pm at the Madison / O’Bryant HS track. It begins July 13th and ends August 12th. The focus of this program is to work on improving your form through drills. We spend 30 minutes on dynamic flexibility and speed drills. We then transitions to agility and plyometric drills using banana hurdles and acceleration ladders on Mondays and resistance training with harnesses and parachutes on Wednesdays. We finish up with various types of circuit training to increase muscular strength and endurance. By improving your form, technique and endurance we can and will improve your speed.
